What are your delivery times?

Orders of items in stock are typically processed by our warehouse within 2-4 days  from the moment the order is placed.

In Europe, DHL Express delivery should reach you within 4-10 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

If your order includes any item(s) on pre-order, all items in your order will be shipped once the pre-order items are in stock. We do this to avoid multiple shipping instances. This also allows the customer to return any items in a single lot.

Is there a delivery charge?

Will I have to pay for customs & duties?

No, Belle Passion will take care of that for you.

How do I track my parcel?

In your order confirmation email, you will find a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your parcel.

What happens if I do not receive my parcel?

Please contact us on info@galseran.com quoting your order number and tracking number so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
